Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the masa49 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms apply to all masa49 platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone interacting with our services through the website or mobile app. Continued use of the platform after any term changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

To use masa49’s full services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one registered account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all involved accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. masa49 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, please contact our support team immediately.

• Registration is only open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
• Passwords must be kept secure and not shared with others.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Masa49 users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform. Any illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or system abuse are strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Prohibited platform uses include but are not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Sharing or transferring an account to another individual.
• Performing any actions that may compromise the platform’s integrity or security.
• Posting content that is offensive, pornographic, or illegal.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical weaknesses in the masa49 system.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the masa49 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for deposits belong to them. masa49 supports various local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian online banking.

Successful deposits will be credited to the user’s account once the transaction is verified. Processing time depends on the payment method used. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification procedures and may take 1 to 5 business days depending on amount and chosen method.

Masa49 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or term violations. In such cases, we may request additional verification documents before processing any payments.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Masa49 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if there is evidence of term violations, fraudulent activity, or actions deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Users will be notified of such decisions via their registered email when possible.

Users may voluntarily close their accounts anytime by contacting the masa49 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded according to standard procedures after account review.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, masa49 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes

All content, design, logos, brand names, and materials on the masa49 platform are the exclusive property of masa49 and protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such materials without prior written permission from us.

The masa49 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at the user’s own risk.

Masa49 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified through platform notices or email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
